Imported from Chile, the turkeys are stuffed with mirepoix, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and paprika. Next, the skin is rubbed with honey, paprika, olive oil, black pepper, salt, thyme, rosemary, oregano and Cajun spices. Slow roasting the bird for three and a half hours ensures that even the white meat is juicy.

Choose from three different proteins for your hamper: 6-7kg of turkey, 4-5kg of honey roasted ham or 1.5-1.8kg of roasted Australian rib-eye.
