Thankfully, all that heat gives you a solid excuse to splurge on a waffle cone... or 10. This month, we’re here to reveal the coolest ice cream shops, gelato pops and fro-yo stops that’ll have you wishing for a few more weeks of summer.


Appolo

A Hong Kong ice cream company founded in 1972, Appolo scoops up velvety sweetness in flavors of chocolate, vanilla, matcha, mango, taro and strawberry (RMB18).
