Yoga Garden Description
Yoga Garden offers high quality classes taught by international teachers in a beautiful boutique studio in the heart of the former French concession. The studio offers students a warm community amidst the hustle and bustle of Shanghai life. We encourage students to enjoy the quiet of the studio, come to class early, make a cup of tea and meet your fellow yogis. Classes range from ashtanga to yin, hatha and hatha vinyas, as well as one hour vinyasa lunch time classes and pilates. First time yogi's as well as the more experienced practioner will find a class in which they can grow their practice . Yoga Garden also runs special 4 week courses such as Om Baby Yoga and Om Toddler Yoga, as well as a Kids Yoga program. The studio is host to special workshops featuring respected teachers from overseas. We are in the process of building a 'Yoga Library' to share with our community. We welcome drop-ins to class.
